Syarat & Ketentuan

1. Pendahuluan

   • Syarat & Ketentuan (“S&K”) ini mengatur penggunaan situs cakirparfume.com (“Situs”) dan pembelian produk dari toko online kami (“Toko”).

   • Dengan mengakses atau menggunakan Situs, Anda setuju untuk terikat oleh S&K ini.

2. Definisi

   • “Pelanggan” / “Anda”: siapa pun yang mengunjungi Situs atau membuat pesanan.

   • “Kami” / “Kita”: cakirparfume.com, pengelola Toko.

   • “Produk”: parfum, item terkait, dan barang lain yang dijual di Toko.

3. Pesanan dan Pembentukan Kontrak

   • Semua pesanan melalui Situs tunduk pada persetujuan dari Kami.

   • Kami berhak menolak atau membatalkan pesanan, misalnya karena stok habis, kesalahan harga, atau dugaan penipuan.

   • Setelah pesanan disetujui, Kami akan mengirim email konfirmasi — ini menjadi dasar kontrak yang mengikat.

4. Informasi Produk

   • Kami berusaha menyajikan informasi yang akurat (deskripsi, ukuran, komposisi, harga).

   • Namun, tidak dapat dijamin bahwa semua informasi bebas dari kesalahan.

   • Foto produk hanya ilustrasi, produk aktual bisa sedikit berbeda.

5. Harga dan Pembayaran

7. Pengembalian, Refund, dan Penukaran

   • Mengingat sifat parfum yang sangat pribadi dan higienis, pengembalian hanya diperbolehkan jika:

     1. Produk yang dikirim salah (tidak sesuai pesanan).

     2. Produk rusak atau cacat saat diterima.

   • Untuk mengajukan pengembalian atau refund, Anda harus menghubungi kami dalam [misal 7 hari kalender] sejak menerima produk, menyediakan bukti (foto, deskripsi), dan mengikuti prosedur pengembalian kami.

   • Setelah diverifikasi, kami dapat menawarkan penggantian, kredit toko, atau refund, tergantung ketersediaan stok dan kondisi.

   • Anda mungkin harus mengembalikan produk (dengan kemasan asli); biaya pengembalian bisa ditanggung oleh [kami / Anda — pilih kebijakan].

8. Hak Konsumen & Perlindungan

   • Kami tunduk pada UU No. 8/1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen; Anda memiliki hak atas informasi yang jelas, benar, dan jujur. ETD UGM+1

   • Jika Anda mengalami kerugian karena produk tidak sesuai dengan janji, kami akan memberikan kompensasi atau mengembalikan uang sesuai prosedur di atas.

   • Untuk penyelesaian sengketa, silakan hubungi layanan pelanggan kami terlebih dahulu; kami juga bisa menawarkan mediasi / arbitrase bila diperlukan.

9. Batas Tanggung Jawab (Liabilitas)

   • Tanggung jawab kami maksimal sebesar jumlah yang Anda bayar untuk produk (tidak termasuk ongkos kirim), kecuali dalam kasus kelalaian berat atau kesengajaan.

   • Kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung, khusus, atau konsekuensial.

   • Kami tidak menjamin akses ke Situs selalu tanpa gangguan.

10. Data Pribadi dan Privasi

    • Kami mengumpulkan dan memproses data pribadi Anda (nama, alamat, detail pembayaran) untuk memproses pesanan, pengiriman, dan komunikasi.

15. Hukum yang Berlaku dan Yurisdiksi
